Fall 2019 Declaration Info

You can find the declarations submission forms from menu options: Admin & Reps / New Season Submissions.

  • Declaration Due Date: 8-3-19.
  • Draft Schedules sent for proofing by: 8-10-19
  • Proof Replies: 3 day turnaround. - The league asks that the reps reply to the scheduler within three days of receiving the draft schedule. The absolute cutoff date for the draft reply is 8-17-19.
  • Finals to Webmaster for Posting: 8-24-19 (2 weeks before the1st game)

HOW THE SCHEDULING PROCEDURE WORKS

The league has a girls and a boys scheduler. The Co-Ed teams are scheduled by the boys scheduler. The schedulers send out a 'draft' schedule for the clubs to proof before the final schedules are posted. The final schedules are ready to be posted two weeks before the first game.

WHAT IS A DECLARATION?

Each club must inform the league of how many teams they would like to have scheduled to play each season. In order to do this we use an online "declaration form."Boy and girls have their own declaration forms. They are divided by representative at league level. This is required for scheduling.

CHANGES TO THE SCHEDULE DOCUMENTS

If a change needs made regarding scheduling after the final schedule documents have been posted send the revision to the appropriate scheduler via email. They will be in touch with you about whether the change can be made.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TEAMS NOTIFICATION

Just like how you must let the schedulers know how many teams you are declaring, you must also let the schedulers know if you are not declaring particular teams. Schedulers are not required to chase down reps to find out if they have teams to declare.

If you neglect to submit and they start the schedules after the declaration due date, they are not required to add your teams to the schedule.
